I had one in the 1990s. I loved it and I am sorry I sold it. I am 5'11 240lbs and my TW200 was not too small for me, nor is my current GT380

I have a wildcard in the mix now - brand new 2012 Honda CBR250R for just under $3K. I might just buy that first and then add some old dirt bike to it later.
Since we're moving towards newer bikes, another opportunity for me to plug the Suzuki TU250X. Why? Because I want one of you guys to buy one and tell me what it's like.
My tech-support guy just bought a TW-200. His Dad already has one. He's in his late 20s (his Dad is my age).
Both have owned many bikes but they report that the TW is the most "fun" playbike / streetbike they've ever owned.

I looked at one of these. It is about a million times better than something like a Rebel 250, but it is still glacially slow. "Sporty" 250s do 0-60 in 7 or 8 seconds. The TU250X is more like 11 or 12 seconds.
And I passed on the CBR250. It is such a sheep in wolf's clothing.
