I needed to pressure bleed the hydraulics for the brakes and clutch, but I didn't want to spend a hundred bucks on a kit with different lids that may or may not fit.

For under $15, I went to the hardware store and got:

  • 1-1/2" socket PVC tee
  • 1-1/2" flexible coupling
  • 1-1/2" spigot x 1/2" FIP flush bushing
  • 1-1/2" PVC plug
  • 1/2" MIP PVC plug

You'll need to bring the PVC primer and cement, a pressure source, and some way to connect your pressure source through the PVC plug - my pressure filler has an M10x1.0 threaded adapter so I drilled and tapped to accommodate.
