Remember “The Unicorn of my Destruction,” mazdeuce’s 2007 Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG–the one with the $57,000 quote for an engine replacement? After mazdeuce rebuilt the engine at home, the AMG still lives and breathes, even after our last update reported the factory wiring was starting to come apart.
What else has happened since that update?
The R63’s current owner, PseudoNim, has replaced part of the rear air suspension, upgraded the headlights’ projector housings, and even completed the surprisingly complicated process of changing the oil.
