SOLD!!!!!

Does a Zetec bolt to that trans, will it fit in the engine bay, and if so how long would the trans hold up with ~220hp?
The Zetec does bolt up, and does "fit". I've seen a few zetec swaps, though I don't know how much shoe horning has to be done. I also don't know about how much HP the stock trans will stand up to, but I do know that the stock '86 Escort 4 or 5 speed will hold up to a turbo Zetec!
Your friend is interested in trading the Fiesta and a pile of cash for a Europa is he? I can deliver.
Not to hijack, but I thought you sold the Europa?

No, had a couple tire-kickers, but nothing worked out. Then again I haven't been too serious about selling it, as I've only posted it here, and told a few other people.
I could really use the space, even more so than the money actually.
Price drop to $600! After looking it over a little better, the driver's floor is a bit spongy, but not rusted through.
dude, i have always wanted one of these. evansville is just far enough from Louisville to make not figure out how to get it. I do have thoughts of trying trade him for my 740 turbo wagon that runs and drives but has a wicked piston slap.

Yes, but as Uncle Ben cautioned, "With great power comes great responsibility"
I may be seeing a guy this weekend that still races a Fiesta and may be interested. I let you know on Monday if he is. I'm near Chicago so Evansville is not that far.
