Like the title says, H&R progressive rate springs, specifically the "race" springs they sell. They drop the car quit a bit. I believe it was like 2-2.5 inches. Pretty stiff but I drove on them for four years with koni yellows no problem.

Crap my bad, sorry I was in a rush posting that at work. They are for 96-00 civics. Im not POSITIVE, but i believe they will also work on 88-95 civics/crx's and even integras.
