I have a dark blue 78 fiat that runs well. It has current Texas antique tags. New tires, shocks, and couple other parts. I picked it up a few months ago as plan B for a challenge car that I've been building with the local Boy Scout troop. The ideas was since it already runs and drives the scope of the project would be more at their level. Unfortunately, with summer camps and all their other activities no one has put a wrench to it, and I have enough of my own projects around so I could really use this one out of the garage. Asking what I paid for it $2000.

I also have a brand new convertible top, clutch kit, and brake rotors that can be had for a couple hundred more.

I'll post some pictures when I get back from this business trip.

Yes it is still available. (I've got it listed locally on Craigslist for a bit higher so I have a negotiating buffer.)

I hope the link for the pictures is working.

In reply to Robbie:

It might. I'll drive just about anything across the country. It all seems to be functionally sound, but I haven't driven it on the highway. I bought it from a guy a couple of neighborhoods over and drove it home. Since it was going to be for the challenge I didn't bother putting insurance on it so I haven't taken it out besides around the neighborhood.
