hmmm...i dunno. If that chassis has been crash tested (Lexus GS somethingorother), and that engine has been emissions tested (2jz hurrr), then I bet there are at least a handfull of ways that could be legally titled in murikuh

I'd guess VIN swap- or it was gray marketed in a state like MN as a kit car before the laws changed.
