Selling my 2000 Corvette FRC 6 speed.
https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/cto/d/renton-2000-c5-corvette-fixed-roof/7625630424.html
2000 Fixed Roof Coupe (FRC) Corvette with six-speed manual with heads up display (HUD) and factory magnesium wheels.
Does not have active handling.
Almost completely stock. Has exhaust bypass for more sound, a C6 shifter (still have original), stubby antenna, and a HPI Transmission differential mount.
Has a homemade trunk lid liner that could use a bit more glue.
Trans and differential fluid changed in the last two years.
Could use an oil change since I have not been driving it much.
Garage kept. Paint is in incredible shape for the year. I think it's only ever been hand washed. Front window has a rock chip.
Awesome fly and drive car! If I would get off my duff and sell my Subaru I'd do it.

Appreciate the comment!
The car is still available. Price has been dropped a bit :) Would love to see this go to a good home.
That is a good price! I really want another Vette but I need to hang on to my Honda for now. I'm going to see 150k miles in the next 5 years. It'll be 4 or 5 before I can daily a Vette again.

Still available. Dropped price to 17k and had to renew the CL ad.

Was hoping to get a space in the garage cleared out for other projects.
Sorta glad this is WAY across the country and is silver (a color I don't want to own again). Otherwise this would be tempting.
Car has me pricing one way tickets to SeaTac. Someone buy this before I sign on for one really long road trip.

In reply to AnthonyGS (Forum Supporter) :
I'll pick you up at the airport! :)
Nobody in Seattle appreciates the FRC. Alls I get are low ball offers and people telling me that it's the low tier option.

Strange comment because it has everything I like about cars except Bluetooth which I've learned can be added to these without too much difficulty. I listen to some podcasts and talk to people sometimes on rural drives.
If it were any color but pewter...
Good luck.
After researching this a lot more at corvetteforum and analyzing the drive I think I'm out. Good luck with the sale! It looks great and is an amazing step in Corvette history.

Just a heads up. Your CL ad is expired. I wasn't looking or anything because I've always wanted a FRC.
Edit. NM see the second ad. Not sitting here thinking unholy thoughts.

If you fly and drive, come through my way and I'll burn some steaks for dinner

Thanks all! The car is in great shape and needs nothing other than to be driven and an oil change. If you want to fly and drive I'll get the oil changed right away, I've just got a lot of other vehicles at the moment that need tending to.
In reply to Stampie :
Can it? I'm sure it can.
Should it? Well, there's a lot of things I shouldn't do on a regular basis...
