I emailed the poster, says independent shop told him the ecm is bad but won't put a used one in, only new $$. Surprisingly ( ;) ) my wife said we have too many projects...seems like you could part it out if not feasible to fix.

One way to spot scams in Texas is that we have a registration sticker inside of the windshield.
So it sold by an individual you hope to see an LP or Sticker in the windshield.
Also those trees and the house doesn't look like Corpus to me.
Maybe they used a stock photo? However, buyer beware.
I clicked on an ad for a V70R in Corpus Christi for cheap. It had snow tires on in the pics. I texted the number "snow tires in Corpus, huh?" and of course never heard back. 
Lots of blowback...
