I was recently reading a GRM or CM where there was info regarding buying classic Minis. In particular there was mention of what years are better and worse if looking at later JDM import cars and why. Could someone kindly point me to the issue that info as in.

side note: is there somewhere that has some sort of index for all past magazine(GRM and CM) articles?

I think I found what I was looking for in the latest(August 2017) GRM. I though that I had read more info in another issue re. JDM market cars.

The Japanses market cars seem to mostly have air conditioning. All I can think of is to watch out for the fuel injected cars. They seem to be a bit of a mystery for folks on this side of the pond. Just not as big of a knowledge base for them as there is for carbs for these cars.

The fuel injection on the injected models is pretty horrible even if you're familiar with it.
