there is the link to the live timing system.
Interesting cars so far. GMC Typhoon in SA, 92 Geo tracker 2 different Beetles and an AE86 in MR, and SR being domintated by a Boxter
looks like there was a momentary timing issue
Sean is fast no matter what so seeing him in first with the Boxster isn't surprising. Brianne is well ahead in MR as expected, but the only comparison is Doug and he usually isn't dominating unless it is very slick or muddy.
do we know how many runs they are doing?
In reply to MrChaos :
Nothing listed in the supps for it. Three per heat is typical for nationals, 4 at the max.
looks like they are doing 4 at least.
also Sean now leads SR by 10.757 seconds...
clutch failed on the King miata. and on seans boxster. Sean doesnt have a spare.
For as much money and effort they put in to that miata it sure breaks often.
also they are running 5 runs per heat

also apparently bring their own floor to work on it too.
What are you guys driving? I'm here taking pictures.
First rollover just happened.

It wouldn't be nationals without a rollover.
Unfortunately I'm not there this year. Maybe next year.
there are some ETR region people there running
was it the 87 Tercel that rolled in MA?

Why, yes. Yes it was.
A lot of course changes mid group.

seemed like the most likely to roll over in the MA group.

I saw that too lol. I mean honestly I just got to laugh out of a rallycrosser needing a dry clean floor to work on. Somehow that just seems against the spirit of the whole thing
That said I'm surprised Warren did not think of that lol

They were probably going over 30mph.

This once again makes me wonder why they keep using these venues that can't hold up. Our last event had 70 cars or so doing nine runs each and we made perhaps one course change all day, because the surface we use holds up well.

I feel bad for grogan, that clutch was brand new before I sold the car. Hope he can find a codrive. I'd be surprised if he want wrecking SR, I'm only a little surprised he's faster than MR in the same heat.

I've always said that if I had unlimited money and really just wanted to build a car to win all rally crosses, I would almost certainly build a Cayman/boxster. But owning one Porsche is enough for me lol
ooo MA now has a tie in 2nd. Also the Wagovan seens fast

Nonack and us had a tie for the win a couple years ago at the Wellsboro Winter Rally.... After something like 2 hours of stage time lol. Ties always amaze me :)
I'm standing at the start for course 2. Timing start lights for 1 (today) are far left, go all the way down the middle, and come back next to the tree line.
