I am starting to look for a beige steering wheel for my car to match the interior. Aside from the steering wheel, rear speaker grates and instrument panel everything else is tan/beige. I am not really interested in a wooden wheel as they look hard if I ever was to hit it.

Any suggestions of the one to find? I have seen one AMG beige one in leather but I can't spend 350$ on a steering wheel or I'd be a guy with a flashy broken down car. I think it would be cool to find one with the weaved leather or wrapped leather if you know what I am talking about.

Ok thanks for any suggestions!

I want to also loose the yacht size steering wheel so a wheel skin isn't going to work! I'm looking for a cool steering wheel in beige so I can figure out what I need to do. I have seen some interesting Momo wheels but I don't really like the look and shape.

Look at older momo wheels? I have seen them of just about any look and shape you can imagine. Other than that, I dont think there are alot of good choices for under $350.

Cadillac DeVilles come with one.

You can also get a kart steering wheel in any colour you like. They fit a common bolt pattern, I think 3 on 58mm.

A Nardi classic would look pretty cool. If you shop around on ebay you can usually pick one up for ~$100. They only came in wood or black leather, though, so you'd have to re-trim it, or use a wheelskin.

With any of these wheels you'll also have to factor in the cost of an adapter/ boss kit. Not much change there from $100 for my BMW...probably similar for the Merc.

The adapters can be a pain to find, I'm just looking right now. I like the Nardi wheel but am not a big fan of wooden wheels. I did see a nardi in black wrapped leather that was nice. They go for around 150$-200$ for a wheel with adapter.

If anyone has any pictures, go for it. I'm just really looking around right now. I don't need to spend a bunch of money for something superfluous, just gotta keep my imagination turning.

Thanks folks!

I think I am going to look for something like this.

I guess momo makes the bitchin wheel, the Nardi wheels are a bit staid for my taste.

I wouldn't be afraid of a wood wheel. Diving into one head first isn't much different that eating a steel one.
