The basket weave wheels on the Econoline are awesome. And license plate step should have come standard from the factory.

Been quite a while since I updated. Will try to catch up, but here;s one from a coupe days ago. While I don't always do well here, it is the yard that's the star.
Went with my friend who buys storage lockers in a trip out of state to pick up a Crown Vic chassis, and found a little out of the way old school JY. For some reason, this amused the heck out of me.
Pretty good day yesterday. Just one yard, but it was a good one. I need to go back for a few things...
This was quite a Discovery.
These may have been those May-Blo tires I've been hearing about.
You don't see G bodies all that often at the JY anymore. Let alone decent ones.
This one wasn't run-of-the-mill, either.
So I got to work stripping parts. Pulled the grille, taillights, quarter extensions, turn signals, stereo, a bunch of interior trim. and the console.
Nearly went into sticker shock from the bill- $240 and some change.
But then I looked in the console-
NOS emblem and hood ornament.
I think I will make out all right from this...
More finds from the console.
This is an interesting mix.
Note- the teacher representative candidate was NOT the owner of the Regal on any of the paperwork I found in the car.
Did a little stroll yesterday.
This Ford would look really cool even without the stinger. The bed has great lines.
What do you call three or more Jaguars in the same U-Pull?
A "Lucas"
And I need to make a new thread to ask about these wheels.
Google images gave me a few clues, but I don't think they are Bathurst Globes or off an Italian sports car.
