Yes it was in Mexico. It’s the Chevrolet Tornado that’s not sold here in the states. I was on the lookout for neat non US vehicles and luckily I looked out the back of our shuttle van and saw this in time.
I want a Brazilian Charger.
Possibly the mx Ford version? quite similar to the Tornado.
