I think the record is held by a GMC like above with a big block chevy attached to the FWD TH425. If I remember right it went 130mph, There was a Sprinter based Motorhome that went something like 135mph

Huh I was going to say one of those MB Sprinter vans with an RV conversion. But you guys have some good ones.
In a long straight line a Prevost conversion with a bit of engine work could run as fast as anything else mentioned.
Moby has done 85 on flat ground and the only reason I haven't pushed it more is pretty much gearing, and how in hell would I be able to talk myself outta the ticket? But there are many... many others out there, 40-45 footers with hotrodded Detroit Screamers or worse, lurking the RV forums where whispered talk of going up El Cajon Pass at three digits or crossing Texas and passing the semis at 120 and such.
The real question is why do we need to know this information? 
Mom and Dad's 1975 Class B was pretty awesome sounding. Stock 350 with Quadrajet, hedman long tubes, h-pipe, dual 40-series flowmasters exiting in front of both rear tires. Sounded mean as hell. With the Turbo 400 and 4.56 rear end 0-70 was pretty quick for something that size. Unfortunatley, 70 was about all there was as the engine was screaming.
In some techbook I have (I think it was either Bell's Maximum Boost or an EFI book) there was a GMC FWD motorhome with a turbo Caddy 500. I'll bet that would be tons of fun.

We know how much horsepower at what rpm a 454 will make on a lawnmower carb. Why wouldn't we need to know the fastest motorhome?

Well looks like cat/provost have calculated it for us - weight, frontal area, drag coefficient, speed desired and hp required. How fast do you want to spend?
