Guys
I am seeking a good quality gun safe for my rifles and handguns, what is the best quality for the money out there for a 30+ gun safe?
I do like to inside door storage for handguns.

How many of those 30 are long guns, and how many are pistols?
Make sure to leave enough room for a AA-12 or two, including the various magazines for them.
Only a couple of handguns as of now, the rest are rifles/shotguns, handguns aren't a problem with the door storage as mentioned above
Thinking about this one, should keep my stuff secure for now and the near future's additions

When you're shopping, be sure to look at the actual thickness of the metal of the sides. Not the perceived thickness, but the metal thickness. Most of the ones you see are 11 ga steel. They should come with a magnetic can opener stuck on the side in case you forget the combination. Most of what you see as the "wall" is in fact 2 pieces of sheetrock, which is the fire blocking material.
I'll throw in a vote for Cannon. You can find one at Tractor Supply.
Too bad you are not 700 miles closer...
I have an old Mosler about that size in my garage that I'd love to get rid of for a fraction of what you would pay for a new one, but freight would probably be ridiculous.
They can all be cut in half with an oxy torch so just make sure it is heavy and awkward enough to require a few men to move it and prohibitive to open that someone can't use a drill. Then, go for looks.
If you put the Mona Lisa in there someone will try to crack it but... $20k in firearms isn't enough of a score to "put a team together" as it is easier to just rob a delivery van at the gun store.
Look for something UL certified if you want to store any paper in it.
Personally I like and own FN and Browning prosteel safes. Both are UL certified for 1 hour at 1400 degrees. The Browning is really nice because it has a configurable door rack for handguns and a rack for 10 other long guns.

I have a Sentry Safe (the same company making the fire resistant document boxes) in the 14 long gun size. The only hand gun storage is the top shelf.

So tell us where you are and I bet one of us would be very interested in that safe.

SE Virginia. My guess is that the safe is 1940's or 50's era, but it could be older or newer. It is about 61"H x 40"W x 28"D. It works, I have the combination and it has not been drilled.
I have no idea what it weighs, but I'm guessing a bunch.
In reply to bludroptop:
So how much do you want for it???
In reply to N Sperlo:
I don't know what it is worth, but I'd probably be happy with $300.
The doors appear to be about 3/16" steel plate, if that's any indication of what the bastard weighs. A buyer would have to make arrangements to move it.
I wish I could make those arrangements. Amy idea what a one way rental pickup truck would cost to St Louis. Be a nice flight and road trip back.

Resurrecting this to let people know that HF has this one on sale for $270

I know that HF would not be anybody's first choice, but it still will keep little hands from touching your toys.
