In reply to Hungary Bill :

First of all, great use of the fork seals. Angry, mndsm, and barefoot are all correct with regards to the book, pigman, and TBI. Berk it, send it was a happy accident, I actually already had the box sealed up before I got my person, but had that left over from the batch I printed for the sticker exchange. On the other hand, the danger box sticker is of the original batch Mazdeuce ran, I'd been bolding onto all year just for the exchange.

I was a little worried the cookies and license plate could have caused issues with customs, glad to see they didn't. Obviously the brown were molasses, but the others were our recipe for biscotti. Real biscotti isn't those rock hard sticks they charge way to much for at the Italian stores, it's those little sesame seed covered things. Only make one batch a year though.

That Audi though, I wanted to keep it, bad, but knew my kid would claim it, so I had to pass it along.

Thanks again for setting this all up, and definitely thanks for the paprika and gholyash base.

In reply to Wally :

You’re welcome Wally and Mrs. Wally!

Here’s the context;

-I never use a flat rate box because UPS is closer and I’m lazy

-Tan shift knob from 64 gto from 2014 game

-Round fog lights, bulbs and MS streets and trips from 2018 game

-Piston from 201? Game

-keychain from my trip to Vietnam a couple years back, Vietnamese money is called “The Dong”

-SEMA 2019 (mostly) swag, pennzoil baseball cap, wallet multi tool, pen tire pressure gauge,  iPhone fan, cozy, lanyards, posters, griots garage samples, shop towels, Spyder bags and autographed jonsibal photo (car designer who had a hand in many cars at this years show)

-An old dell pc power supply converted to a bench tester power supply 12 and 5 volts (use with caution) right now it’s wired for always on but you could wire a power switch in (green wire and black wire) mainly I use this to mess with HID ballasts and amplifiers

-Ryobi driver bits, pen ink refills and Kobalt bottle opener are now my signature items (I guess?) after running out of the mr clean car wash kits I used to send out every year

-10mm sockets (unless they got lost as they are tend to do)

-Speaker from dash of my Mx6?

-Distributor from MX6 GT (f2t for the win, come back Ben!)

Peanut m&ms are my favorite I once ate a 3lb bag in 2 days

-Custom stickers are gold or white - the screaming unicorn was designed for Seth’s R63 AMG “Unicorn of my Destruction” https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/build-projects-and-project-cars/r63-amg-the-unicorn-of-my-destruction/110824/page1/

GRM stickers are bootleg “staff” stickers because I’m Asian, we don’t respect intellectual property and reverse engineer everything for fun (shhh)

-Self stirring mug from neighbors white elephant game

-Button batteries, radio shack surge protector, Ethernet patch cable, fuse holder, cigarette USB adapter etc from my garage

-suction cup window shades from Costco I don’t know why I have so many of these

-Russell and edelbrock stickers, single use packs of epoxy and armor all sample from an estate sale of some gentleman who had a cool old ford that won a bunch of local shows

-rocket cookie from my sisters fiancés work, he can’t tell us what he does at all

I think that does it.

Love this game (thanks Bill!) been playing since year 1, wish my garage wasn’t such a disaster I would have included something from each year.
Anyhow, glad you enjoyed my junk as much as I enjoyed giving it to you!

Ok, the contents of my secret sender's package:

A kiss the bricks pin from Indy, a Georgia license plate, a TCM decal, a metal tank repair kit, a body filler applicator (maybe) and some really nice- scrapers maybe?  They say jusntyme.com on them.

Some ultra-posh Delta Airlines slippers (they give you slippers on airplanes???), zip ties, Brawny wet and dry hand cleaning towels, and some cut resistant work gloves.

Some Scotch-brute, proper Uvex safety glasses, two badge cord reels with airplanes on them (I don't recognize the logo), dragster hot wheels, fancy looking hand cream for working hands, a seasoned Craftsman wrench, a big bottle of loctite (wow!), detail brushes, and a keychain flashlight.

A blipshift tee that might be big for me, a super cool Delta ball cap, and Toblerone!  I like Toblerone...

Last but not least:

A new Kershaw PUB knife, pictured with my daily carry Kershaw from the last several years.

To my secret sender in Georgia, thank you so much!  My first license plate from the game, a new knife, cool swag- what a great package, I really appreciate it.

And, huge thanks to Hungary Bill for organizing the fun!

There was so much cramed in the box I forgot to list like half of it. The power pack ran one of lights as spotlight at one point because I have to play with everything.  Now I get to call the wife and tell her I put a dong on her work keys, she happened to be looking for a keychain last night for them.

All good, I kept throwing stuff in the box and had a running list, it never got as full as I wanted and I had to throw in some packing material to fill the void so I could get it out in a timely manner.

Wait until she gets home and ask her why she has a dong in her hands. Or tell her you like how she's holding that dong. The jokes are endless.

My wife just got home and informed me that "there's some busted open box that looks like it was thrown at the porch".  Oh boy!

Edit: we lost a Habanero Lime cider,  which explains the soaking wet apple-y box that USPS rewrapped and bagged.  On the other hand the Habanero Mango cider is delicious.  Just did damage control and cleanup for now.  Pics later.

So my package arrived today.  USPS outdid themselves and pretty well smashed it beyond recognition.  It appears liquid escaped, semi dried, the box dissolved and was placed inside another box.  The boy got home before me and had already unboxed everything (all kids).

Looks like a couple of O2 sensors.  Likely to be useful!

A gray box of unknown provenance, a racing game for the PC that doesn't appear salvageable, and I'm pretty sure a Subaru head gasket.

catalytic converter, and cam (looking very Subaru like) rear view mirror for a Chrysler product, and a Shiney new u-joint.

Some magazines and stickers.  Not terribly sticky.....

And we come to the guilty parties.  These guys didn't survive the trip from Connecticut and left their contents.......everywhere.

Sadly the box and it's contents look like they got drop kicked by Shrek.

Thanks for the stuff Wonko laugh

what do we have here? A box? From rattle, Oklahoma apparently. Guest starring my cat gloves, because quite frankly my hands are gross. a letter! I like hot wheels a good bit, so I was happy to read about the ones inside. For the record, it is currently 77 degrees, according to my phone. on top we have...a book! I like books. I like cars. I like books about cars. part one. What appears to be a hot wheels in a fancy case, a scan tool and enough bungees to hold even my trash together. Scan tool even has a fun button! I think I'll plug it into the jeep and see what kinda fun I get. its either a wad of bungee cords, a lift system for a hardtop, or fun time for me and the missus. Either way, stuffs getting strapped down. And cuffed. And erm...beaded. glad I wore gloves. an indeterminate length of high quality cabling, for all my high quality cabling needs. many sweet hot wheels. I'm particularly intrigued by the sizzler. It's bolted into the box in such a fashion that you can wiggle it back and forth and it looks like it does sweet skids. a thermo fan switch from an Alfa. It even smells fancier than my cars. safety first! Or at least eventually. k, I have no idea. Maybe a remote damper reservoir remote? I turned it and it didn't kill me. metric berkeleypile of awesome stickers. I think I'm gonna stick em on the Corolla and make it faster. Especially the ones where I won stuff. pastrami cat checking out the partially repacked box. Cheese wanted nothing to do with it. here is a stock photo of cheese looking too important for this E36 M3.

All in all, awesome awesome box. Im always amazed at the stuff people have, what they'll send to me, and the stuff I didn't know I needed til I had it.

Thank you curtis- I will treasure these things greatly.

Well that's a disappointment!  I was hoping to impress you with my locally crafted cocks!

:)

Seriously they were fairly well packaged at some point.

And it appears half of the the good loot is gone as well.

The gasket is a 13b rotary exhaust gasket and the random grey box is console display for a 05ish town and country, if that's ever useful.. same thing the mirror is from.

Sorry about that.

And a lesson to us all, no unsolicited cocks in the mail.

In reply to Mndsm :

You are so welcome, man.

The thing that you have no idea... it's a brake proportioning valve.  Bolt it inline for the rear brakes and you can adjust for track, street, brake upgrades, etc.

That high quality wire was an Amazon oops.  I needed some wire for a heavy duty extension cord at work.  I went to Amazon and searched 10/3 SOOW wire.  I clicked on that one because it was so much cheaper than the others.  Turns out, it wasn't 10/3 at all... it was just 10ga single wire.  But it is really nice.

The Alfa temp switch was a regift from a couple years ago.  Maybe Volvoclearinghouse?

The OBD2 scanner works great.  I do have to chuckle at the english-as-a-second-language chinesium.  When you ask it to check for codes it says "reading the all data from the vehicle ECM"

Package from a mysterious entity listed only as “Smith”

Messages of encouragement

No bondo or feng shui, no mention of MSG or Marie Kondo brand Joy.

California is bust, I was going to use straws to open this but they have been outlawed.

Caution tape has cautioned. I am cautious.

I have no idea what this three legged metal thing is. It is the overstuffer, but what is it? My son guessed a spinner for a wheel.  Maybe it’s a stand of some sort? Also, quick clot SPORT, for my “fun related” blood letting injuries.

Thoughtful note. South Central Pennsylvania, ha!

Bar keepers friend with GRM discussion about rust removal properties. I live in CA, what is rust?

A towel

Two! 10mm sockets, surprisingly I tend to lose 12mms, I need to get with the program

two multi driver tools and a bit driver

GRM coozy, nice

Cable gun lock for my bullet button fully semi automatic ghost gun with 200 round clip that fires 100 50cal rounds a second

Linksys wireless usb network adapter with extra usb cord

Microsoft small business specialist patch

Point setting tool kit for 8cyl GM cars

Distributor for ? (Once I figure out what it goes to I can start my Craigslist search to procure one)

Trans Am door pocket? Has the logo in gold, way cool I love Trans Ams maybe when I get one it’ll need this exact part, like it was destiny

Leveling glides funny I was going to get some for the driving sim I built, sweet!

Pack of crimp terminals

One half of a drawer slide

Magnetic bit holder

A serious looking fuse marked “Dominican Rep” which means it’s a replica of a Dominican and two relays in a drawstring pouch relays will probably be used to wire up Cadillac quad horns for two of my cars

A bit of chain with key rings on either side

Quality stickers! Authentic GRM decal unlike the homemade knock offs I sent Wally

ebay motors sticker is going on my MX6 as a sponsor

Two books on management skills, so I can play nice with folks at my place of employment and climb into a nice golden parachute (hopefully)

Shoretel phone power adapter

A phone?

Not a phone

Hot wheels! Detroit hot wheels.

And some kind of plate

Thank you Greg Smith I will treasure this always, or at least until next year! Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy and prosperous new year and decade ahead!

In reply to DuctTape&Bondo :

Thanks man!

The 3 legged thing is a flagpole holder I ended up with from a Scout Pack that folded. It's been sitting in my garage for at least 3 years.

The key rings are junky, but the chain between is homemade chain mail. If you use it as a key ring, it should wear to shiny silver in 6-12 months and last decades.

The power adapter should run just about any PoE device, like a wireless access point or camera too.

The distributor is generic GM 350 from a 90s Suburban. I think...... But not certain.

The trans am pocket is a regift from last year.

Glad you liked it!!

Maybe someone will get you 12mms next year ;)
