The guys from The Slip Angle sent me a nice framed and signed photograph of my car from when I lent it to them for testing/filming. I put it on the mantle and told my parents that they now have a nice photograph of their grandchild

Somebody hit my truck and crunched the corner of the driver side front fender. I'm upset about the fact that nobody told me more then the damage because it had to be somebody who lives here that hit it becsuse of where it is sitting. Now I'm over here trying to convince myself to let it go rather than causing hate and discontent. Especially since I had to look through my phone for an old picture of the truck to make sure the damage was fresh.

I really want to get a pickup truck. I can't have more than 2 cars to myself, and even that is overkill. But I really want a pickup.

From my experience of owning a Baja, which is also part car/part truck, it's more like "Worst of both worlds". Ground clearance and cargo capacity of a car, fuel efficiency of a truck.

Nothing done again tonight, just more Law and Order. I’ve spent more time with Lenny Brisco this year than with my wife.

If the SL1's engine dies under my watch I've briefly considered the idea of an EV experiment with it. Pretty far down on my list of dumb ideas I plan on trying though. 

With a few notable exceptions, I generally prefer that my Christmas songs be sung by dead people. In fact, maybe there should be a rule that radio stations can't play your Christmas song until after you're dead.

Dropkick murphys still have the best Christmas song out. I torture my wife by listening too it daily after Thanksgiving

I know it’s the Pogues. I was hoping he wasn’t confusing the Dropkick Murphys (who kind of suck) with the Pogues (who don’t).

Nope I got it right, I like the dropkick murphys and have no clue who the pogues are. 

I stayed up until 5:30AM playing Subnautica.

Part of that comes my dislike of quitting when I am in the middle of something. The other part is knowing I don't have to go to work since Friday was my last day at the parts store .
