You have an unlimited budget. You can choose one car, one car only for your weekend weapon. What would it be? Hotlink pic too...

One car, as in that's all you get or one car as in one play toy?
If only one is allowed, it's probably going to have to be something like this.
If it's for play only then probably something like this:
Only one, and I had to use it everyday.
Though if pushed to pick something more lets say relaxed I would really do this.

The Radical for sure though I'd still have the buy the CTS wagon for a DD.
I know it's not that expensive for an unlimited budget, but this has to be the ultimate track toy: Lotus Exige S V6
All the benefits of a Lotus Exige, but with 350 totally unnecessary horsepower.
I think I'd pick a 911 GT3 right now. There was one at the BMWCCA autocross here in Houston this weekend. If I found that I was tired of driving I'm pretty sure I could pull up a chair and be happy just looking at it.
Early Ford Ranch/Country Sedan. Circle track suspension bits, later Cobra discs all around, GM LS2, T56, 8.8, scads of chassis bracing, 100% stock body. Should be as happy at a hillclimb or rallycross as it would at an open track event or hauling the kids to school.
And if that's not enough power, turbo + Megasquirt. Could possibly substitute LS/T56 for the Mustang's 3.7 and six speed as it would likely see daily use.
the Porsche 918. Yeah, it's not quite on the market yet. In the meantime I'd use the 911RSR. That Stratos does make me second guess though...

I know the answer is "Dude, you can't afford it," but how much do the wagons go for used?
In reply to poopshovel:
All of it.......
For me, the answer is simple and clear......911 GT2 RS. purely because its more "survivable" than a ruf 930T when it decides to make an attempt on your life.

Having hustled both, the GT3 RS 4.0 is a more fun car to drive than the GT2 RS. 500 naturally aspirated horsepower is much more useable than 620 with a turbo.
