I don't understand how people have current plates on their car if they don't have a title to begin with.

I love "Coevette" spelled out in Coca-Cola script on the headrests. I imagine he's mostly bald with a mullet. A skullet I guess

Back in the day, someone spend good money to have this script done and then to have it done so wrongly really amazes me.

That's my neck of the woods. Saw a similar C4 for sale recently in the area, and I have a feeling that's the car.
