Actually, I'm in North central Tennessee, about 1/2 way between Nashville and Knoxville.

Probably not. Foot size might be an issue?
I found I needed to slide the seat pretty much all the way forward to be in a comfortable driving position, pretty much like every other vehicle(I'm 5'6"). If you're tall in the torso, maybe there would be issues, but it's such a reclined driving position that I'm doubtful it would be much of an issue.
