How not to pass at Portland International Raceway

Maybe we should substitute the word “Republican” for “924”, and “Democrat” for “Civic”. 

Then it will all make sense. 

Agree.   What does our opinion amount too in this case.  Let the race officials handle it.

I think I'm just going to have to chalk this one up to "racing incident" and not assign blame to either driver.  The BMW on his left and the Civic on his right were slightly converging on the straight and he became the meat in a sandwich.

I put that on the 924 Driver. Should never had tried to put his car there.  That was never going to be a clean pass.  That was at best going to be a bully your way through pass.  Not cool at all especially when you are basically racing for ashtrays.  The thing with the mustang is just comical.   

All this reinforces why I got out of racing.  As it got "safer" people got stupider because they could walk away from these things.  When I was racing the cost of a screw up was much higher.
